Portland Brown is recruiting for a field-based Concierge to join our team in London. On top of your starting salary of £19,500, you’ll get an additional £1,000 bonus, and some great benefits too – we’ll cover all your work expenses, plus 70% of your London travel card costs.

As first point of contact for our guests, you’ll be responsible for ensuring everyone is cared for with an exceptional level of customer service, from arrival to departure and beyond. Your day will begin in the office, where you’ll be briefed on the duties for your shift, before heading out to your first apartment visit. You’ll be responsible for:
